We Want You to Benefit from the Homes for Hearts Program

Premier Options created the Homes for Hearts program as a development tool to allow for charitable contributions through routine real estate transactions. This innovative program is designed to provide a very passive and easy method for our Realtors to work with their clients to donate much needed funds to local charities through the escrow process.

Real estate transactions touch everyone; many people will buy or sell a home or know someone buying or selling a home. This program easily fits into the busy lifestyle of our clients, allowing them to significantly contribute to the their favorite charity while completing a typical transaction. Additionally, it provides the Realtors a chance to give back to organizations that are very important to our community. 

We can provide you with information and brochures to be sent to your donor list – no additional marketing is needed. We will take care of the work. After receiving a call from one of your supporters, who identifies that they wish to to support your charity, we will work with the clients to ensure a successful transaction. At the close of escrow you receive a check from escrow in the client’s name.

Premier Options Realtors have given a variety of amounts in a single transaction, from $100 to $3300 in a single sale!

The charity of choice must be a non-profit entity that is listed in the California Attorney General Publication 79, entitled Cumulative list of Organizations described in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or any such successor publication and statutes. Sellers are advised to consult with their tax advisor to determine potential tax benefits.
