How it Works
Home Sellers
If you are selling your home you can participate in the Homes for Hearts™ program by working with a participating Premier Options Realtor who will represent your home and donate a portion of the commission fees to the charity of your choice. The donation will be made in your name and you may be entitled to the associated tax deductions*. Additionally, sellers participating in the Homes for Hearts™ program may elect to have the Homes for Hearts logo added to their flyers and all print advertising.
Home Buyers
If you are in the market to purchase a home you can participate in the Homes for Hearts™ program by working with a participating Premier Options Realtor who will help you identify the home of your choice. Then at the close of the transaction, your Premier Options Realtor will donat a portion of his/her commission to the charity of your choice.

It's That Easy
The charity of choice must be a non-profit entity that is listed in the California Attorney General Publication 79, entitled Cumulative list of Organizations described in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or any such successor publication and statutes. Sellers are advised to consult with their tax advisor to determine potential tax benefits.
