Becky Duarte, Broker/Owner of Premier Options Real Estate Brokerage founded the Homes for Hearts program as a way to give back to the community. “I began brainstorming ways to combine my real estate experience with a charity program when I helped a family with a terminally ill member find a home. After 25 years in the real estate industry I knew I wanted to start my own brokerage and give agents a place where they could make a choice about their commission.” With that fundamental ideal Premier Options Real Estate Brokerage was born. From day one we wanted to roll out the Homes for Hearts program, but knew it was crucial to do all the due diligence first. “It was vital that we create a program that would work for any situation; buyers or sellers, national non-profits or local charities, we wanted to give our agents and clients as many options as we could”. There now exists a team of experience real estate professionals who believe in the Homes for Hearts™ program. |
