On July 13 Premier Options presented a check in the amount of $1,245 to Linda Fitzgerald, Treasurer of La Mariposa PTA. The funds were raised through Premier Options’ Homes for Hearts™ program. This program, designed to provide a passive method for charities to raise funds, allows both real estate buyers and sellers to allocate a portion of the agent’s sales commissions to the charity of the clients’ choice.
Carolyn Triebold, Broker Associate with Premier Options, who handled the transaction wishes to commend Richard and Judy Herrera, the clients who chose to utilize the Homes for Hearts™ program. "Mrs. Herrera already does so much at her granddaughter’s school, as a daily volunteer. Our Homes for Hearts program provided the Herrera’s with another way to support a program that is so important to them and their grandchildren. It was such a pleasure working with the Herrera’s to support to the children at La Mariposa School through their PTA contribution."
Becky Duarte, Broker/Owner of Premier Options Real Estate founded the Homes for Heart™ program as a way to give back to the community. “It was vital that we create a program that would work for any situation; buyers or sellers, national non-profits or local charities, we wanted to give our agents and clients as many options as we could. Additionally, it allows us to give back to the community by doing what we do best – real estate.” Duarte goes on to say that the “La Mariposa PTA is a perfect example of the kind of charities we want to support, the future of our community is in the hands of these children.”

On July 26th Premier Options presented a check in the amount of $2,324 to Sue Tatangelo, President/CEO of the Alzheimer’s Association – California Central Coast Chapter. The funds were raised through Premier Options’ Homes for Hearts™ program. This program, designed to provide a passive method for charities to raise funds and allows both real estate buyers and sellers to allocate a portion of the agent’s sales commissions to the charity of the clients’ choice.
The Elite Team at Premier Options represented the seller in the transaction. “Our seller wanted to participate in our Homes for Hearts program as soon as she heard about it”, says Debra Bileschi, Realtor Associate. “She was so happy to be able to donate and receive a tax deduction without changing the amount of money she would receive.”
“We frequently recommend the Alzheimer’s Association to our sellers in our Homes for Hearts Program”, says Becky Duarte, Broker/Owner of Premier Options. “Alzheimer’s touches so may families and we believe our local association is one of the best equipped support systems available. They operate on a donation basis and we are proud to be able to assist in their fine work.”
